Nkandla Chicken Run Extension

Description

Extend Your Flock’s Freedom with the Nkandla XL Chicken Run Extension

Is your flock feeling a little cramped? Give them the space they deserve with our brand new Chicken Run Extension, designed exclusively for the Nkandla XL chicken coop. This extension adds a generous 64cm to your existing run, transforming it into a more spacious playground for your hens. Whether you have three chickens or the full five, a longer run provides invaluable extra room for them to exercise, forage, and express their natural behaviours, leading to happier, healthier birds.

This extension is built to the same high standards as the Nkandla XL coop, ensuring a perfect fit and long-lasting durability. The solid framework is made from CCA-treated pine, a maintenance-free material that is both strong and weatherproof. The robust plastic mesh is tough, firm, and utterly resistant to deterioration, maintaining its appearance and integrity for decades. Even the galvanised bolts are rust-resistant, ensuring every component stands the test of time.

One of the best features of this run extension is its versatility. You’re not limited to just one; you can add multiple units to create a run that is as long as you desire. Imagine the ultimate chicken runway, built section by section! For a seamless assembly experience, we highly recommend ordering the extension at the same time as your Nkandla XL coop. If you decide to add it later, the process remains straightforward, although it will require you to drill the necessary holes for the attachment bolts yourself.

Providing your chickens with more space isn’t just a luxury; it’s a necessity for their well-being, especially if they are confined to their run for extended periods. With the Nkandla XL Chicken Run Extension, you can rest easy knowing your flock has plenty of room to thrive.
