While the sun and rain can be harsh, our solid-wood construction is built to withstand the South African seasons.
The Standard of Wood
We are frequently asked why we refuse to use pallets or reclaimed wood. The reason is simple. Your garden is an ecosystem. By using only fresh, purpose-grown timber, we ensure that no hidden chemicals or contaminants enter your soil. For all parts of our structures that directly contact the ground, we use CCA-treated pine to prevent wood rot and ensure the long life of your investment.
