We want you to love your handcrafted carpentry products. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:
- Changed Your Mind?
- Standard, non-customized items can be returned within ten days of delivery for a refund.
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
- You’ll cover the return shipping cost.
- If we shipped your order using a courier service, the original shipping cost and an R200 packaging fee per parcel will be deducted from your refund.
- If we delivered your order using our in-house service, a two-way mileage fee of R8.29 per kilometre (as calculated by the Automobile Association of South Africa) plus a R250 delivery flat rate will be deducted from your refund.

- Something’s Not Right?
- If your item arrives damaged, defective or doesn’t match what you ordered, contact us immediately at info@gardenstuff.co.za.
- We’ll repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
- Custom-Made Items
- Custom orders are not eligible for standard returns.
- If a custom item is damaged or defective, follow the steps in “Something’s Not Right?” above.
- We’ll work with you to fix the issue and may offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund.
- Items You Can’t Return
- Animal shelters and feeders cannot be returned for biosecurity reasons.
- How Refunds Work
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within seven business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Important Notes:
- Our policy doesn’t cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse.
- We may refuse returns that don’t meet the policy conditions.
- Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act still apply.
